Usual Route
Application
- Learner applies for the course
- Learner pays the applicable fee
- Learner gets enrolled on the course
Access to our VLE
- Learner is registered on our VLE - Moodle. They get an email to access Moodle.
- Moodle has all the required guides, study resources, assignment briefs, guides to complete the assignments
Course Progress and Complation
- The learner starts from Unit 1, progressing their way to the last unit one by one.
- The learner can send message to the support tutor to get help or ask any questions.
- Where stuck, the learner can request a 1-2-1 Zoom session with the tutor.
- The learner can get formative feedback on any work. Unlimited number of revisions and resubmissions allowed, till you pass all the units.
Portfolio Finalisation
- Once the learner has completed all their units, their portfolio will be IQA’ed/IV’ed to ensure that the expectations of the awarding organisation are being met.
- In most cases, revisions or improvements are not required. In a limited number of cases, the learners might be asked to make minor improvements.
Claim of Award
- Finally the portfolio is submitted to the awarding organisation. Your portfolio is EQA’ed/EV’ed by the awarding organisation.
- There is only about 1% probability that an improevement is required. You will be notified by your assessor if this is the case.
- Your certificate arrives. Congratulations!!!

Application
- Learner applies for the course, using the assessment only route
- Learner pays the applicable fee
- Learner gets enrolled on the course
Course Submits the Portfolio
- The learner submits the portfolio by email or by sharing a cloud link
- The assessor assesses the course. Summative feedback will also be provided if any of the ACs fail to meet the requirements of the course
- Where only up to 3 ACs fail to meet the passing criteria, the learner will be allowed one resubmission.
Claim of Award
- Finally the portfolio is submitted to the awarding organisation. Your portfolio is EQA’ed/EV’ed by the awarding organisation.
- There is only about 1% probability that an improevement is required. You will be notified by your assessor if this is the case.
- Your certificate arrives. Congratulations!!!
What is our “Assessment Only Route” to gaining an Ofqual regulated RQF qualification?
Under the “Assessment Only Route”, we assess your portfolio of evidence against the requirements of the RQF qualification that you wish to claim. In other words, we do not provide any tutor support or study resources, but only assess and quality assure your work before claiming the certificate from the awarding organisation.

- You have already completed the course with another provider, but the provider failed to provide the certification for any reason such as closure of the business or unavailability of appropriate assessors or IQAs.
- You already have all the required evidences as a result of having prior learning or work related evidences, and wish to be formally awarded the qualification. It will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the complete evidences as per the requirements of the course.
- You are confident that you will be able to start and complete the qualification without any tutor support, study resources or formative feedback.
- You are an independent training provider with your own learners and wish to use the services of our assessment and quality assurance team to claim Ofqual regulated qualifications for your learners.
- You are an employer with several team members who wish to claim formal qualifications. You are happy to arrange for the training in-house but wish to use our assessment and quality assurance service to claim Ofqual regulated qualifications.
